Aufgaben

Als Referent:in Strategie bist du die Go-To Person die die Wirksamkeit des Einkaufs durch das Umsetzen von innovativen Kommunikations- und Capabilitymaßnahmen vorantreibt und die Kultur gestaltet.

Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung einer Capability & Kommunikationsstrategie und Umsetzung entsprechender Maßnahmen Konzeption und Implementierung von Change Management und kulturfördernden Maßnahmen Erarbeitung von Skillprofilen und Rollen der Zukungt, Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung einer Procurement Academy mit personagerechten Schulungs- und Trainingskonzepten Umsetzung zielgruppengerechter Kommunikation inkl. Eventmanagement Beratung des LHG Procurement Managements zu Kommunikation Kommunikationsseitige Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen und Kulturwandel Beratung, Konzeption und Moderation von Workshops/Events Sicherstellung einer stringenten, zielgruppengerechten Ansprache und Verknüpfung zu Mission, Vision, Values sowie Strategie Leitung von Sonderprojekten

Voraussetzungen

Sei ein Vorbild und verkörpere die Werte vom LHG Einkauf: Wertschätzung, Unternehmergeist, Nachhaltigkeit und Gruppenoptimum.

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Organisationsentwicklung, Psychologie, Journalismus oder vergleichbar Mind 3-jährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement/PMO, Einkauf, Change-Management, Kommunikation Erfahrung als Projektleiter und in der Erarbeitung strategischer/konzeptioneller Fragestellungen Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- sowie Kommunikationskompetenz Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten der visuellen Kommunikation/ Kreativität Ergebnisorientierte, selbstständige und intrinsisch motivierte Arbeitseinstellung mit der Fähigkeit Konflikte zu lösen Wünschenswert: Umgang mit modernen Tools wie Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, o.ä
