Profil

DAFÜR BIST DU VERANTWORTLICH Du bist für die Analyse der nationalen und lokalen MTB-Märkte verantwortlich und erarbeitest zusammen mit unseren Passion Brands eine Strategie, um das beste lokale Angebot für Deutschland zu schaffen. 
Du optimierst das lokale Preisniveau für unsere Kunden in Deutschland und erstellst einen strategischen Plan für spezifische Aufträge, um ein breites und perfektes Warensortiment zu gewährleisten. Du arbeitest eng im Netzwerk mit deinen Kollegen des Supply- und Online-Teams, aber auch mit DECATHLON United sowie externen Marken und Partnern. Du koordinierst die Vermarktung und Kommunikation der Sportarten und Produkte gemeinsam mit unseren Marketing-Teams.  Du unterstützt die Filialen bei der Umsetzung der Strategien in deiner Sportart.
DAS BRINGST DU MIT Du hast Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel oder als Commercial Director, bist idealerweise begeisterter Mountainbiker und hast bereits Einblicke in den Sportmarkt gewinnen können.
Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denken gehören zu deinen Stärken. Du hast Freude daran, Strategien und Visionen zu entwickeln und sie in die Tat umzusetzen. Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SPID, PiXL, SAP und AFO sind von Vorteil. Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch ist ein Plus.
