Aufgaben

In Ihrer Position als Contract Manager (m/w/d) erwarten Sie spannende Herausforderungen als Teil des Projektteams auf Baustellen der ZÜBLIN-Direktion Tunnelbau (Stuttgart, München oder Hamburg). Gemeinsam meistern wir Projekte, die zu den faszinierendsten Infrastruktur-Projekten Europas zählenIhre Aufgaben sind:

Baustellendokumentation: Sie beraten und begleiten die laufende Baustellendokumentation unter Berücksichtigung der vertraglichen Vorgaben, um eine fundierte Grundlage für das Nachtragsmanagement sicherzustellen. Schriftverkehr: Sie kennen und leben den Vertrag und begleiten maßgeblich den vertragsrelevanten Schriftverkehr der Baustelle. Nachtragsmanagement: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Aufbereitung und Erstellung von Nachträgen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Projektteam. Ein besonderes Augenmerk liegt in der Aufbereitung von komplexen Vertragsänderungen, Bauzeitnachträgen sowie Nachträgen zu gestörten Bauabläufen. Verhandlungen: Sie unterstützen die Projektleitung bei der professionellen Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Nachtragsverhandlungen. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Juristen: Sie arbeiten eng mit den internen Jurist:innen für Baurecht der CML zusammen und integrieren rechtliche Aspekte nahtlos in die Projektarbeit.

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Baubetrieb, Bauvertragsrecht, Nachtragsmanagement, Kalkulation, Tunnelbau Versierte EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office sowie spezifische Kalkulations- oder Terminplanungssoftware) Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Mobilität, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
