Aufgaben

  • Beratung unserer vielfältigen nationalen und internationalen Kunden mit Leidenschaft zu unseren individuellen Dienstleistungen und Lösungen im Bereich Market Research. Deine Ziele? Projekte zu verkaufen, die unsere Kunden begeistern und starke Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden aufzubauen und zu pflegen
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Inbound-Anfragen zu unseren Marktforschungsservices. Cold Calling nicht erforderlich.
  • Beurteilung der Machbarkeit von Beratungsanfragen unserer Kunden, basierend auf gründlichen Recherchen und den Austausch mit unseren internen Experten
  • Mit Kreativität entwickelst du eigenständig individuelle Lösungen und stellst sie überzeugend in Kundenangeboten dar
  • Präsentation unserer Angebote in Kundengesprächen und mit sicherem Auftreten überzeugen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohe Qualität unserer Arbeitsergebnisse, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit zeitkritischen Aufträgen
Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/ Master) der Betriebs-, Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften bzw. einer verwandten Disziplin 
  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit intensivem Kundenkontakt im B2B-Vertriebsumfeld, (idealerweise in einer Unternehmensberatung, einem Forschungs- oder Analyse-Dienstleister o.ä.) 
  • Ausgeprägte Vertriebs-Affinität und Spaß am “Abschluss”
  • Empathische Persönlichkeit, mit Begeisterungs- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit sowie Freude am (Re-)Präsentieren 
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Strukturierung von Themen
  • Selbstständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) - und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse 
  • Teilzeit (bis zu 32/h Woche) ggf. auch möglich
