IT Manager, Digital Customer Experience

About the Role
As an IT Manager in the Digital Marketing domain, you will be reporting to the Senior IT Manager Digital Marketing and will be at the forefront of delivering and supporting a robust and comprehensive application portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functionality and continuous improvement of digital marketing applications, contributing to the success of customer experience and brand awareness strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing technologies, a proven track record in delivering and supporting web applications, and strong leadership skills.

What You Will Do
Application Portfolio Management: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for a product linewithin digital marketing application portfolio, aligning it with business goals and marketingstrategies. Evaluate, select, and implement new applications to enhance the digital marketingtechnology stack.
Delivery and Implementation: Lead the planning, development, and implementation of custom-built digital marketing applications, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and external vendors, to achieve project objectives.
Support and Maintenance: Establish and oversee effective support and maintenance processesfor a product line in digital marketing application portfolio. Coordinate troubleshooting efforts andresolve application-related issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Team Leadership and Development: Manage a Full Stack team of IT professionals responsible for thedelivery and support of digital marketing applications. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration,and continuous improvement within the team.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to ensure the effective delivery of applicationsolutions and services. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure adherenceto service level agreements (SLAs).
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring tools to track the performanceand efficiency of digital marketing applications. Analyze data to identify areas for optimization andenhancements, ensuring optimal functionality.
Compliance and Security: Ensure that digital marketing applications comply with relevant dataprotection regulations and industry standards. Implement security measures to safeguardapplication data and user information.
Who You Are
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology,Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. 4 yearsof experience in IT management, with focus on Marketing Technology anddigital customer experience solutions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in web development technologies, e-commerce platforms, and content management systems. Familiarity withMACH architecture principles.
Leadership and Management: Proven experience leading and managinga team of IT professionals. Strong project management and SDLC skillswith a track record of delivering agile projects on time and within budget.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute astrategic roadmap for digital marketing technology initiatives. Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsin English. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to foster a collaborative andinclusive team environment. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Location and Travel: This position is offered with a hybrid working pattern(3 days office and 2 days from home). The position is based in Munich orGothenburg. Ability to travel is up to 15%.
