Deine Aufgaben

  • Einführung einer internen Entwicklerplattformen bei SMIGHT, um den Entwicklungszyklus zu optimieren und eine skalierbare Grundlage für das Wachstum von Smight zu schaffen.
  • Konfiguration und Verwaltung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur, um eine sichere, zuverlässige und leistungsstarke Konnektivität zu gewährleisten.
  • Entwicklung und Durchsetzung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, -verfahren und -leitlinien, um die Einhaltung von Branchenstandards und regulatorischen Anforderungen sicherzustellen.
  • Überwachung der Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Kubernetes-Clustern, einschließlich Skalierung und Ressourcenoptimierung.
  • Verwaltung von Azure-Tenants, einschließlich Identitäts- und Zugriffsmanagement, Ressourcenbereitstellung und Kostenoptimierung.
  • Entwurf, Implementierung, Bereitsstellung und Wartung von CI/CD-Pipelines mit Tools wie Helm, Terraform und Argo, um eine schnelle und zuverlässige Softwarebereitstellung zu ermöglichen.
  • Implementierung, bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Monitoring- und Loggingservices mit Tools wie Prometheus und Grafana, um eine umfassende Sichtbarkeit und proaktive Problemlösung zu gewährleisten.
Dein Profil

  • Umfassende Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Verwaltung von internen Entwicklerplattformen mit Expertise in Netzwerkkonfiguration, Kubernetes und Azure.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in CI/CD-Tools (Helm, Terraform, Argo), Containerisierung (Docker, Kubernetes) und Überwachungstools (Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Hervorragende Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit für eine effektive Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams.
  • Umfassende Erfahrung in der Plattformtechnik oder in verwandten Rollen, mit Schwerpunkt auf Kubernetes, CI/CD und Cloud-Umgebungen.
  • Du gehst pragmatisch an Aufgaben heran und kannst beurteilen, wann „gut“ gut genug ist.
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden, einschließlich Scrum oder Kanban, und ein Bekenntnis zu iterativer und inkrementeller Softwarebereitstellung.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und kannst effektiv in interdisziplinären Teams arbeiten.
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Level C1) in Wort und Schrift.
