your mission

  • Du nutzt dein ausgeprägtes Gespür für visuelle Gestaltung und Erlebnisse, die digitalen Services, Plattformen und Produkten kreative Exzellenz verleihen. 

  • Gibst alles für einen User Flow, der ankommt: Websites, Service Designs, Portale & Plattformen, interaktive Tools, Brand Stores und andere digitale Anwendungen und Produkte.

  • Du hilfst dabei durchdachte Design Systeme und Brand Style Guides zu kreieren und deine Vision zum Leben zu erwecken 

your skills

  • Als Junior Experience Designer mit Schwerpunkt UI/Visual Design verfügst du über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Kommunikation, des Informationsdesigns oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

  • Du liebst den Mix aus traditionellem und modernem digitalen Design.

  • Komplexeste Themen sind für dich eine spannende Herausforderung.

  • Du bist auf dem Laufenden, was Designtrends und die neuesten Tools und Technologien angeht. Zudem hast du ein Auge für Ästhetik, ein Herz für digitales Design und einen Sinn für Interaktionsdesign.

  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und nutzt dabei Slack, Figma und andere kreative Tools für den Austausch und die eigentliche Arbeit.

  • Bist lernwillig, wissensdurstig, aufgeschlossen, einfühlsam aber auch selbstständig, proaktiv und bringst gerne neue Ideen mit ein.

  • Zudem hast du Humor und verstehst auch Ironie.

  • Neben Deutsch sprichst du auch sehr gut Englisch

  • Hast du schon ein Portfolio mit ersten Arbeitsbeispielen im Bereich UI-Design oder vergleichbaren digitalen Projekten? Dann füge es doch deiner Bewerbung gleich bei.

  • Wir sind eher ein Team der neuen Medien mit Startup-Kultur und einer geregelten Work-Life-Balance - ohne typische Agentur-Klischees.

  • Vollzeit bedeutet bei uns 35 Stunden die Woche, in Vertrauensarbeitszeit, sowie je nach Arbeitsbereich auch das Remote Arbeiten von zuhause. Wir führen über Leistung/Output und nicht über Anwesenheit.

  • Bei uns gibt es eine angemessene Vergütung und etliche Goodies, die wir hier garnicht alle aufzählen können.
