Das Team Produkt Compliance der BMW Group sorgt übergreifend und interdisziplinär dafür, dass gesetzliche und regulatorische Vorgaben für unsere Produkte und Services bei der BMW Group eingehalten werden. Wir sind dabei ein wichtiges Bindeglied im Unternehmen und stellen sicher, dass alle unsere Produkte sowie Services den geltenden Anforderungen entsprechen. Digitalisierung und Data Analytics sind dabei wesentliche Erfolgsfaktoren in der Umsetzung und Einhaltung von Vorgaben.
Als Produkt Compliance Experte Data Analytics arbeitest du in einem spannenden Umfeld und in einem motivierten Team.
Was erwartet dich?
Unterstützung des Produkt Compliance Teams bei der Ausgestaltung und Umsetzung des Produkt Compliance Programms der BMW Group. Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines Produkt Compliance Dashboards zur Darstellung und zum Monitoring relevanter Kennzahlen. Aufbau und Anbindung von bestehenden und neuen Data Assets auf einer Data Analytics Plattform. Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer Produkt Compliance Risk Map inklusive Erarbeitung und Umsetzung eines Zugriffskonzepts für das unternehmensweite Netzwerk. Eigenständiges Monitoring der Dashboards sowie der Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Maßnahmenvorschlägen zur Erhöhung der Produkt Compliance.Was bringst du mit?
Studienabschluss in Informatik oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich. Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem international operierenden (Industrie-) Unternehmen mit starkem Data Analytics Bezug. Erfahrung mit Data Analytics Plattformen und im Aufbau von Dashboards. Programmiererfahrung in einer objektorientierten Programmiersprache, vorzugsweise Python. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und selbstständiger Arbeitsstil.
