Tasks

As a Sales Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between pre-sales, sales, product management, and operations. This cross-departmental function involves customer-centric interactions, managing partner relationships, and supporting the entire sales cycle from pre-sales to customer success. This position requires a tech-savvy individual who excels in partner success and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

  • Collaboration with Pre-Sales team and Customer Success team:
  • Collaborate closely with planning teams to analyze tender specifications and ensure alignment with internal capabilities.
  • Facilitate internal coordination for tender responses, working across departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely submissions.
  • Develop and optimize internal processes for tender responses, fostering seamless collaboration and knowledge exchange.
  • Data Analysis and Process Optimization:
  • Utilize sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
  • Work with the Head of Sales to design and implement dashboards and workflows that enhance sales efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on data insights, supporting the Sales team in maximizing revenue potential.
  • Collaboration with Technical teams Operation teams:
  • Conduct market analysis using various tools and resources to identify untapped opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop strategic plans for market expansion and product development based on data-driven insights.
  • Feedback Collection:
  • Proactively gather feedback from internal teams on processes and workflows, synthesizing insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the product development team, ensuring that feedback is integrated into future enhancements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in at least one of the following roles: partner management, customer success, pre-sales, or sales.
  • Experience in tender business in the healthcare sector is a plus.
  • Language and Communication:
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Strong client relationship skills with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
