Als Project Manager - Compliance (m/w/d) bei der ITA Logistics Group (LetMeShip & ParcelParcel) bist du der Dreh- und Angelpunkt, wenn es um die Planung und Koordination unserer nationalen und internationalen Compliance-Projekte geht. Du steuerst die Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung und stimmst dich mit internen Teams sowie externen Anwält:innen, Partner:innen oder Lieferant:innen ab. Hierbei hältst du die Fäden in der Hand und sorgst dafür, dass niemand den Überblick verliert. Dein Projektmanagement-Talent kommt voll zum Einsatz, wenn es darum geht, Risiken rechtzeitig zu erkennen und Lösungen auf die Straße zu bringen. Deine Aufgaben:
  • Projektmanagement: Koordination von Projekten mit Compliance-Bezug für all unsere Ländereinheiten.
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Compliance mit relevanten Gesetzen, insbesondere im Bereich Datenschutz und IT-Sicherheit.
  • Steuerung und Klärung interner Rechtsfragen aus anderen Fachbereichen zu verschiedenen Rechtsgebieten.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Richtlinien zur Risikominderung in den Bereichen Datenschutz und Cyber-Security in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem IT-Team und unseren Rechtsanwält:innen.
  • Koordination und Unterstützung bei Risikoanalysen und internen Audits zur Identifizierung von Sicherheitslücken und Verbesserungspotenzialen.
  • K oordination und Unterstützung bei externen Audits und behördlichen Prüfungen im Zusammenhang mit Datenschutz und IT-Sicherheit.
  • Recherche und Dokumentation von (neuen) gesetzlichen Vorschriften in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz mit Auswirkung auf das Unternehmen.
  • R eporting: Regelmäßiger Austausch der aktuellen Risikostände.
Das bringst du mit
  • Du verfügst über berufliche Erfahrung im Bereich Compliance, Unternehmenssicherheit und/oder Risikomanagement.
  • Deutsch und Englisch sprichst du gern und sicher.
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten Gesetze und Vorschriften im Bereich Datenschutz (insbesondere GDPR) und IT-Sicherheit. Optional: Erfahrung mit spezifischen Branchenstandards wie ISO/IEC 27001.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise zur effizienten Koordination von Projekten.
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten.
  • Teamfähigkeit für eine effektive Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen.
  • Erfahrungen mit Software-Tools und -Systemen für Risikomanagement und Compliance sind von Vorteil.
  • Hohes Maß an Integrität und ethischen Standards.
