Die Welt der Logistik ist ein spannendes Arbeitsumfeld, das sich jeden Tag aufs Neue verä nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir dich als Tender- / Projektmanager:in Europe & Asia (w/m/d) für die TRANSA Spedition GmbH am Standort Offenbach. Deine Aufgaben: Du bist verantwortlich für die Bewertung von Ausschreibungen und Anfragen und für die verantwortliche Durchführung der Bearbeitung gemäß unseres Tenderprozesses Du bearbeitest RFI / RFQ - Anfragen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Sales- sowie der Produktionsabteilung. Hierbei bist du eingebunden in die Entscheidungsprozesse der Bereiche Die konzeptionelle Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen / Anfragen im Bereich Europe & Asia für verschiedene Verkehrsträger / Produkte (Rail, LKW, SeaRail & Ocean liegt in deinem Aufgabenbereich Du unterstützt durch deine Expertise bei der Erstellung des/der finalen Ratenblatts / Angebotes/ Kalkulationsübersicht auf Basis der zugelieferten Arbeitspakete Du unterstützt durch deine Expertise die sowie die internationalen Sales-Abteilungen bei der Erstellung des finalen Angebotes Die Ermittlung von Value Added Services (in Europa) für Partner und Kunden (aus China) und das Skizzieren von möglichen kundenspezifischen Lösungen runden dein Aufgabengebiet ab Dein Profil: Du bringst eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit, oder hast ein Fach- / Hochschulstudium erfolgreich absolviert Du hast idealerweise umfassende Kenntnisse im Speditionsbereich sowie Erfahrung im internationalen Kontext Darüber hinaus konntest du schon Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sammeln Im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, vor allem MS Excel und MS PowerPoint, fühlst du dich sicher Du kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort & Schrift und überzeugst durch ein sicheres, verbindliches Auftreten Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten mit Deine Fähigkeiten zum unabhängigen Arbeiten und Analysieren, Teamfähigkeit und Genauigkeit runden dein Profil ab-
