Systemtechniker mit Praxiserfahrung in der FFTx-Technik und mit passiven optischen Netzen für Support und Inbetriebnahme für Berlin oder Raum Stuttgart gesucht

 

Telekommunikation – Systemtechniker (FTTx) (all gender) Ref. Nr.: 17330 - SF

Vertragsverhältnis: Anstellung

Einsatzzeitraum: ab sofort für 18 Monate mit Option auf Übernahme in Absprache

Einsatzorte: PLZ 1 – Berlin/Teltow oder PLZ 7 – Raum Stuttgart (mobiles Arbeiten nach Absprache möglich)


Aufgabe:

- Problem- und Incident-Bearbeitung im 1st-/ 2nd-Level-Support

- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Geräte-/ Produktschulungen für Kollegen und Weitergabe des erworbenen Wissens

- Durchführung von Gerätetests anhand eines Testkatalogs

- Unterstützung anderer Fachabteilungen durch technische Beratung bei Inbetriebnahmen

- Technischer Ansprechpartner unserer Lieferanten und Schnittstelle zum 3rd Level Support der Hersteller

 

Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fachhochschul- bzw. Bachelorstudium mit einschlägigem IT- oder Nachrichtentechnik-Bezug oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

 

Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in:

- oben genannten Aufgaben

- Praxiserfahrung in der FFTx-Technik und mit passiven optischen Netzen für Support und Inbetriebnahme

- Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Netzwerkmanagementsystemen und PDH/SDH Technik

- Englisch in Wort und Schrift
