Das AEROSPACE MECHANICAL ENGINEERING-Team "Strukturelle Integrität & SHM" ist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Systemen zur Überwachung der strukturellen Integrität und des strukturellen Zustands (Structural Health Monitoring - SHM) von Militärflugzeugen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Systemen zur Überwachung von Gebrauchs- und Ermüdungslasten, die eine effektive Überwachung des militärischen Produkts im Einsatz ermöglichen. Bei der Entwicklung neuer Flugzeugüberwachungssysteme werden neue digitale Entwicklungsprozesse und moderne Datenanalysemethoden eingesetzt. Ihre Aufgaben:- Auswertung von Test- und Flugdaten hinsichtlich Schädigung, Strukturermüdung und Lebensdauer
- Nachberechnung von Lebensdauerverbräuchen
- Überprüfung und Korrektur überwachungspflichtiger Bauteile hinsichtlich des Lebensdauerverbrauches
- Einarbeitung in technisch komplexe Monitoring-Systeme und Schnittstellen
- Dokumentation der Arbeiten Ihr Profil:- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, der Luft- und Raumfahrt, im Maschinenbau, im Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Berufsqualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Engineering
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Testing oder Struktur-Berechnung oder Datenverabeitung
- Programmier- und Datenbankkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Excel
