Investment Analyst

As an external partner representing this prestigious firm, we are seeking a talented individual to contribute to their investment strategies and enhance their portfolio management capabilities.

The Role:

The Analyst role is pivotal in driving the success of investment initiatives. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive research and analysis to identify fund investment opportunities, encompassing both primary and secondary markets.
• Delving deep into fund structures, assessing portfolios at the company level, and discerning market trends to inform investment decisions.
• Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key private equity managers
• Vigilantly monitoring portfolio performance and engaging with managers to optimize outcomes and address challenges.

Candidate's Profile:

• A Master's degree from a reputable university or business school
• Demonstrable experience of 1-2 years in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, or management consulting.
• Exceptional analytical prowess and proficiency in financial modeling, coupled with a methodical and independent work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and communicate persuasively.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine passion for the intricacies of finance.
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
