Engineering Project Manager

  • Technische Projektleitung im Produktentwicklungsprozess unter Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-Kosten- und Terminkriterien
  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung lokal oder global initiierter Entwicklungs- und Support-Projekte
  • Enge Abstimmung und Koordination mit dem Programm- und Projektmanagement (PMO) sowie  den beteiligten internen und externen Projektpartnern
  • Technisch verantwortlicher Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder im Entwicklungsprozess
  • Verantwortung für die Neu- und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte
  • Projekt-Budgetverantwortung im Bereich der technischen Produktentwicklung
  • Mitgestaltung der kontinuierlichen Effizienzsteigerung der Design- und Engineering Prozesse
  • Support des Engineering Managements bei der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der strategischen Unternehmensziele

Fachliche Voraussetzungen, erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium, z.B. Maschinenbau
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der technischen Projektleitung – idealerweise im internationalen Kontext
  • Sehr gute Methodenkenntnisse in Entwicklungsprozessen für komplexe technische Systeme
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich elektromechanischer Konstruktion und Systemintegration sowie Interesse an modernen Fertigungsmethoden für elektromechanische Baugruppen
  • Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse wünschenswert
