Content Moderator

At Cross Border Talents, we specialize in matching outstanding candidates with top-tier clients. We're thrilled to announce that we're on the hunt for Italian-speaking candidates to fill several Content Moderator positions.

Location: Porto, Portugal (on-site)

What you will get:

- Base Salary: 950 euro per month (for 14 months)
- Language Bonus: 450 euro per month (for 12 months)
- Meal Allowance: 1,837 euro per year (net)

- Sign-in bonus: 1000 euro

- Work Hours: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day
- Training (4 weeks)
- Relocation Package: Includes flight ticket and 3 weeks of accommodation
- Permanent contract

Responsibilities:
- Review online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices for incorrect decisions related to copyright
- Review and update content on popular social media platforms
- Audit received content and share for social media upload
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products/services
- Adhere to accuracy guidelines set by the client
- Protect customer data and follow compliance processes

Requirements:
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and dependability
- Multi-tasking ability and flexibility to adapt to changes
- Tolerance for repetitive tasks in a high-production work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience and professionalism in customer interactions
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Preferred: Associate degree in a related field with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong customer service orientation

Language Requirements:
- German: C1 level proficiency
- English: B2 level proficiency
