To strengthen our team we are looking for an Aircraft MRB specialist - Design (m/w/d)in Hamburg
MISSIONS :
• Analysis and check of the declarative information, raise RTO if needed
• Analysis and classification of the non-conformity
• Provide repair instructions
• Analysis and check of the declarative information, raise RTO if needed
• Provide repair instructions if needed and/or T100 assessment
• Define 3D models and installation sketches for repair parts if needed
• Define the suffix
• Task 200: Check the task 100 analysis, Raise RTO or RTT if needed, Validate the task
Requirements
DESIRED PROFILE :
- You have a degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in aeronautics and at least 2 years' experience in MAP activities, ideally in Airbus environment
- Main tools: SAP PEA, CATIAV5, AIRINA, Single Aisle DMU and PLM tools
- Experience on DQN T100 if possible
- Experience on metallic parts mandatory, on Single Aisle if possible
- You have good analytical skills, you are rigorous and you know how to work under urgent and priority conditions.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be in constant contact with the MAP partners (German, English, Spanish), the design office, preparation, production, quality and manufacturing.
- A fluent level of written and spoken English is therefore required and German would be an advantage
