Die Position ist Teil des EMEA Payroll Management Teams in München.
Bei Amazon haben Sie die Möglichkeit etwas zu bewirken und Einfluss zu nehmen: Sie leiten und entwickeln das Team, einschließlich Einstellung, Training und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter; Sie setzen die Prioritäten, und sind verantwortlich für die Einhaltung bestehender Richtlinien und Prozesse, und stellen sicher, dass die jährlichen Leistungsziele erreicht oder übertroffen werden; vor allem aber schaffen Sie ein tolles Arbeitsumfeld.
Key job responsibilities
• Leitung, Inspiration und Motivation eines diversen Teams bestehend aus Payroll Teamleitern & (Senior) Payroll Analysten
• Sicherstellung eines professionellen Gehaltsabrechnungswesens, das skalierbar und flexibel ist, um den Unternehmensanforderungen und unserem Wachstum gerecht zu werden
• Strategische Planung und Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Management einschließlich Geschäftsleitung, um Prioritäten abzustimmen und erstklassige Prozesse für die Amazon Mitarbeiter zu definieren
• Verantwortung für das Erreichen der SLAs und KPIs für die Region Europa
• Erkennen von Payroll Trends und Kick-off von Änderungen und Projekten
• Stakeholder-Management (HR, HR-Services, Treasury, Accounting, Recruiting, etc)
• Verantwortung für Länder-Erweiterungen sowie M&A
• Projektmanagement zur kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Payroll Manager mit Teamverantwortung für Deutschland im Rahmen eines Inhouse-Modells
• Englisch und Deutsch sprechen Sie auf einem sehr guten Niveau (B2-C1)
• Umfassende Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Versierter Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket, insbesondere mit Excel MS Access and MS Excel Office (VBA, Macros), sowie Kenntnisse in Abrechnungssystemen wie z.B. SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday, oder ADP• Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld mit Unklarheiten und konkurrierenden Zielen zu agieren
• Erfahrung mit SOX sowie Tarifverträgen
• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in Projektmanagement oder Projektleitung zur Automatisierung oder Verbesserung von Payrollprozessen und -tools
