Als Software Engineer (m/w/d) bist du Teil eines 11-köpfigen interdisziplinären Teams, das sich auf die Bereiche Logistik, Kundenkommunikation und Dokumentenmanagement konzentriert. Mit deinem Hintergrundwissen in der Softwareentwicklung bist Du bei uns für die Bereitstellung und die Erweiterung der IT-Systeme sowie die Steuerung von und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und internen Kund:innen in verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen verantwortlich.

Im Rahmen eines großen Projekts arbeiten wir an der Transformation der Systeme in die Cloud. Du wirst hierfür als Application Owner für die Dokumentenmanagement- und Kundenkommunikationssysteme verantwortlich sein und dabei essenzielle Unternehmensprozesse technisch sicherstellen.

Was dich erwartet 

Konzeption und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Applikationen im Bereich Customer Communication Management und Document Management. Leitung unternehmensweiter Projekte und Abstimmung der Konzepte mit internen und externen Stakeholdern. Verantwortung für die Überwachung der Partner und Prozesse bezüglich des Bug-Tracking und -Management: zum Beispiel die Einhaltung der Lieferungen oder Analyse der Problemursachen sowie die Ableitung von Optimierungen der Arbeitsweisen bzw. –methoden. Fortlaufende Erfolgskontrolle und Steuerung externer Dienstleister anhand von KPIs. Dabei leitest du Maßnahmen ab, um den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der IT-Applikationen zu optimieren

Was du mitbringst

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Universitäts- oder Fachhochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Informatik.
