Für unseren Kunden, die Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG, suchen wir im Rahmen einer Arbeitnehmerüberlassung einen Sustainabilty Manager (m/w/d) in der Personalabteilung am Standort München.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Aufbaus und der Umsetzung des CSRD-Projekts (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) in der Personalabteilung
  • Verwaltung der Projektdokumentation, einschließlich Strategien und Verfahren
  • Vorbereitung externer und interner Audits
  • Unterstützung bei der Sammlung und Organisation von HR-Nachhaltigkeitsdaten, wie z. B. Umfragen, Bewertungen oder Leistungskennzahlen zur Nachhaltigkeit
  • Unterstützung bei der Projektkoordination, einschließlich der Organisation von Sitzungen und der Dokumentation von Sitzungsprotokollen
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von internem Kommunikationsmaterial (Newsletter, Intranet-Inhalte oder Präsentationen)
Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium z.B. im Bereich Personalmanagement, Sustainability oder HR-Management
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Personalwesen, in der Projektkoordination oder in verwandten Funktionen
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) und Erfahrung mit Dokumentenmanagementsystemen
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
