Job Overview:

As a Senior Client-Facing Functional SAP S/4HANA Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of driving successful SAP transformations for our clients. Your deep understanding of business processes, hands-on experience in RTR, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain, and ability to lead fit-to-best-practice workshops will be instrumental in shaping efficient and effective solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, analyze requirements, and deliver high-impact results across multiple end-to-end SAP projects, including S/4HANA implementations.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis:

Understand client business processes within RTR, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain domains.

Conduct workshops to gather requirements, identify pain points, and recommend process improvements.

Translate business needs into SAP S/4HANA system configurations.

Solution Design and Configuration:

Configure SAP S/4HANA modules based on best practices.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration.

Design end-to-end solutions that align with client objectives.

Fit-to-Best-Practice Workshops:

Lead workshops to align SAP solutions with industry best practices.

Facilitate discussions on process optimization and standardization.

Drive consensus among stakeholders for optimal system design.

Project Management:

Manage multiple end-to-end SAP projects concurrently.

Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with client leadership, business users, and IT teams.

Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Foster strong relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.

Change Management:

Assist in change impact assessments.

Support end-user training and adoption.

Ensure smooth transition to new SAP processes.

What you bring with you:

Experience:  Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP functional consultant.

Domain Expertise:  Strong knowledge in RTR, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain processes.

SAP S/4HANA:  Proven experience in S/4HANA implementations or migrations.

Workshops:  Ability to lead fit-to-best-practice workshops and drive process alignment.

Project Management:  Track record of successfully managing complex SAP projects.

Communication:  Excellent communication and presentation skills

Certifications:  SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
