Unsere Mission:

Die Mobilität hat sich in den letzten Jahren dramatisch verändert. Doch die Mobilität von Mitarbeiter:innen ist in einer Zeit, in der Nachhaltigkeit keine Rolle spielte und ein Firmenwagen ein Statussymbol war, stehen geblieben.  
Deshalb arbeiten wir bei NAVIT daran, die betriebliche Mobilität zu revolutionieren und sie nachhaltig zu gestalten Wir versetzen Unternehmen in die Lage, ihren Mitarbeiter:innen sämtliche Verkehrsmittel zur Verfügung zu stellen und den CO2-Fußabdruck durch Nachhaltigkeitsprojekte mit Goldstandard zu kompensieren.

Deine Mission:

Bist du bereit, unser Produkt auf die nächste Stufe zu bringen und den Geschäftserfolg voranzutreiben? Wir suchen eine:n Produkt Manager:in, der/die eine entscheidende Rolle bei NAVIT spielen wird. Du wirst deinen datengetriebenen, kundenorientierten Ansatz nutzen, um unser Produkt voranzutreiben und neue Wege zu ebnen.

Was dich erwartet:

  • Produktentwicklung: Als Teil des Tech-Teams treibst du die Umsetzung von Ideen bis zum Launch voran und optimierst kontinuierlich den Entwicklungsprozess.
  • Prozessmanagement: Du verwaltest die Roadmap, erstellst User Stories, koordinierst Tickets und stellst termingerechte Releases sicher. Zudem erstellst du Release Notes und führst User-Tests durch.
  • Agile Methoden: Du nutzt agile Methoden, um Ideen in Features zu überführen, und bist in jeder Phase der Produktentwicklung involviert.
  • Zusammenarbeit & Kommunikation: Du arbeitest eng mit UX-Designern und dem Sales-Team zusammen, sammelst Kundenfeedback und führst eigenständig Produktinterviews, um Verbesserungen voranzutreiben.
Dein Profil:

  • Du tauchst gerne in die Details ein und verstehst Dinge von Anfang bis Ende
  • Du hast mehr als 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung oder im Produktmanagement
  • Du kannst dich gleichzeitig mit mehreren Themen beschäftigen
  • Du kannst basierend auf Daten und Kundenfeedback Prioritäten setzen
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit einem SaaS-Produkt ist von Vorteil
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und arbeitest selbstständig
  • Du hast eine ständige Lernbereitschaft
  • Du gehst Dinge an und bist teamorientiert
  • Du löst Probleme, indem du sie selbst angehst, und gibst erst auf, wenn du alles verstanden hast
  • Du fühlst dich wohl dabei, Feedback zu geben und zu erhalten
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch, Deutsch ist von Vorteil
