Your assignments

Leadership and Project Management

Drive digital transformation initiatives within accounting and controlling domains. Lead and oversee projects for seamless integration and alignment with business needs Navigate dynamic settings, motivating team members and the organization towards objectives Lead ad hoc taskforces and ensure successful project outcomes

Digital Solutions Development

Develop reports, dashboards, and systems using tools like Power BI, SAP SAC, and others Engage in requirement management and effective communication among stakeholders

SAP Governance and Process Management

Govern SAP SEM BCS, PRS, ELT, and ensure smooth S4 transition Manage compliance, cybersecurity, and ITGC-related tasks

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with department heads to develop digital solutions and initiatives Actively participate in committees and boards as the deputy of the Head of Digitalization and Systems

Training and Team Development

Conduct training sessions to enhance digital skills and knowledge within the team and community.

Ad Hoc Performance Analysis and Task Management

Perform ad hoc analyses and lead taskforces to implement new requirements. Manage 'backup' tasks in collaboration with IT

Your profile

Outstanding Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering/Computing, or Computer Science Over 8 years in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in SAP, digitalization, and change management Proficiency in SAP SEM BCS, SAP SAC, MS Power BI, database management, and BW Management. Knowledge of low-code tools, RPA, and AI is advantageous Fluent in both English and German with excellent communication abilities Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to seamlessly integrate IT solutions into existing workflows Experience steering large projects, change management, and successful implementation Deep understanding of controlling and accounting requirements, preferably in practices like Transfer Price Reporting, Intercompany Profit Elimination, forecasting, and budgeting Experience with SAP PaPM, MS SharePoint, S4 HANA integration projects, MS Office, VBA, SQL, and general programming skills are beneficial
