Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben: 

  • Wissenschaftliche Betreuung von Projektarbeiten mit den wichtigsten Experten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Regionalleitern und Außendienstmitarbeitern des Pharmaaußendiensts und des Marketings
  • Planung, Ansprache und Briefing von Referenten
  • Mitarbeit an klinischen Studien bzw. Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS): Selektion & Betreuung von Prüfzentren bzw. Begleitung der Prüfzentren bei Genehmigungsprozessen und im Verlauf der IIS
  • Identifikation von zukünftigen, meinungsbildenden Experten
  • Beantwortung wissenschaftlicher Fragestellungen von Ärzten, Health Care Professionals und Pharmaaußendienst
  • Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Kongressen und Symposien
  • Planung und Durchführung von regionalen Advisory Boards (Krankenhaus, Arztpraxen)
  • Wissenschaftliche Unterstützung von gesundheitsökonomischen Projekten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Marketing Immunologie, Pharmaaußendienst, Global Medical Affairs und Vernetzung mit globalen Kollegen der Medical community
  • Mitarbeit im Bereich Strategic Projects & Market Access
  • Vorantreiben und Unterstützung des medizinischen Coachings des Teams


Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes medizinisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (idealerweise) mit Promotion
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre vorhandene Erfahrung als Medical Science Liaison wünschenswert. Alternativ 2-3 Jahre Außendiensterfahrung
  • Kenntnisse aus der Dermatologie/Immunologie wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Projektmanagement Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Muttersprachliches Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse zwingend
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft (Führerschein Klasse B notwendig)
  • Guter Netzwerker mit exzellenten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
  • In der Lage sein komplexe wissenschaftliche Sachverhalte einer heterogenen Zielgruppe (Ärzte sowie Kollegen des Facharztaußendienstes) verständlich zu kommunizieren
  • Verständnis von Kundenorientierung und Patientenzentriertheit
  • Die Fähigkeit sich selbst zu organisieren und dabei auch als guter Teamplayer agieren zu können
