Deine Aufgaben bei CargoBeamer:
Als Lead Project Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Umsetzung unserer Wachstumsstrategie. Du leitest komplexe, bereichsübergreifende Projekte, die unsere Infrastruktur, den Vertrieb und die operativen Abläufe verbessern. Du sorgst dafür, dass diese Projekte effizient und termingerecht umgesetzt werden, während du als Vorbild für exzellentes Projektmanagement und innovative Lösungen agierst.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Leitung hochrelevanter Projekte: Du führst bereichsübergreifende Projekte, die direkt unsere strategischen Ziele unterstützen und Ergebnisse über mehrere Abteilungen hinweg erzielen.
  • Projektportfolio und Steuerung: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Planung und Umsetzung der Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektportfolio-Management und Steering.
  • Ergebnisse erzielen: Du setzt Projekte effizient um, um unsere Infrastruktur, Vertrieb und Betriebsabläufe zu verbessern und die Leistung des Unternehmens zu steigern.
  • Qualitäts- und Prozessstandards: Du entwickelst und implementierst Best Practices und führst ein effektives Projektmanagement als Modell für die gesamte Organisation.
  • Projektplanung und -durchführung: Du erstellst detaillierte Pläne, legst Zeitrahmen und Budgets fest und identifizierst Risiken, um proaktive Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit Operations, Sales und IT zusammen, um eine effiziente Umsetzung der Projekte zu gewährleisten.
  • Teamführung und Stakeholder-Management: Du führst multidisziplinäre Teams, baust starke Beziehungen auf und sorgst für eine koordinierte Zusammenarbeit.
  • Berichterstattung und Dokumentation: Du bereitest Berichte und Präsentationen vor, triffst fundierte Entscheidungen und stellst eine vollständige Dokumentation sicher.
  • Innovation und kulturelle Weiterentwicklung: Du entwickelst neue Initiativen und trägst zur Etablierung einer agilen und innovativen Projektmanagement-Kultur bei.
Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Projektmanagementprozessen.
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen Projekten, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, bereichsübergreifende Teams zu führen.
  • Du bist es gewohnt, Projekte datengetrieben zu steuern und Entscheidungsprozesse auf fundierte Analysen zu stützen.
  • Erfahrung im Transport-, Logistik- oder Schienenverkehrsbereich ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
  • Du verfügst über Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
