CONTUR ist die führende Software für soziale Arbeit. Seit mehr als 25 Jahren ist die SEKTOR-N mit derzeit 15 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern als Anbieter von Branchensoftware etabliert. Unsere Kunden sind Einrichtungen und Organisationen in den Bereichen: Kinder-, Jugend- und Familienhilfe, Sozialpsychiatrie, Suchthilfe, Eingliederungshilfe, Wohnungslosenhilfe, Kindertageseinrichtungen und Hort, Beratungsstellen, sozialmedizinische Nachsorge sowie frühe Hilfen (Babylotse), welche Bundesweit unsere Lösungen erfolgreich einsetzen.

Aufgaben

Wir bieten Dir einen langfristigen Freiraum in unserem IT Team als Ruby on Rails Specialist. Mit deinem Team supportest Du unsere Kunden aus den Branchen: Sozial- und Wohlfahrtsverbände und Pflegeeinrichtungen. Du durchdringst die Problemstellungen und Prozesse unserer Kunden, entwirfst passende Lösungen und setzt diese auf Basis aktueller Web-Technologien und KI Lösungen um. Dabei begeisterst Du mit Deinen Lösungsansätzen unsere Kunden und berätst sie, ihre Arbeit mit Hilfe von unserem Produkt noch effizienter zu gestalten. Dabei arbeitest Du eigenverantwortlich, aber immer mit Teamsupport und kannst Dich dabei persönlich und fachlich immer weiterentwickeln. Qualifikation
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im IT Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet die Basis Deines KnowHows. #Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen. 
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse bzw. Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in die Entwicklung von Webanwendungen mit Ruby on Rails, HTML/CSS (Bootstrap), JavaScript (jQuery), SQL, Datenbanksystemen (PostgreSQL), Git, Containern und Linux-basierten Servern. 
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Bereich Programmierung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Web. 
  • Technisches Verständnis in Aufbau/Betrieb/Wartung/ Deployment von Webanwendungen bringst Du mit. 
  • Es ist für dich reizvoll, DevOps Verantwortung mitzuübernehmen. 
  • Optimalerweise hast Du bereits Vorkenntnisse in Apache Solr, Jenkins und Chef. 
  • Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu modernen IT-Technologien. 
  • Ein klares Bild von Selbstorganisation, Transparenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Dich aus
