  • Als HR Business Partner fungieren und das lokale Management in allen HR-relevanten Angelegenheiten unterstützen
  • Beratung der Führungskräfte in Personalfragen, einschließlich Mitarbeiterentwicklung, -bindung und -trennung
  • Koordination und Durchführung von Recruiting-Prozessen für Fach- und Führungskräfte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen HR-Team
  • Verwaltung des Onboarding-Prozesses neuer Mitarbeiter und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Integration
  • Durchführung von Trainings- und Entwicklungsinitiativen zur Förderung der Mitarbeiterkompetenzen
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Unternehmensrichtlinien in allen HR-Belangen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources erforderlich
  • Interesse an HR-Themen und der Bereitschaft, sich in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in HR-Prozessen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungsfähigkeiten
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
