Als Night Audit (m/w/d) bist du zuständig für:
  • die Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
  • Check-In und Check-Out
  • die Schichtübernahme, -übergabe und die Kassenführung
  • die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Tagesabschlüsse
  • das Anfertigen von Statistiken und Managerreports
  • das Sicherstellen des betrieblichen Ablaufes in der Nacht
Das solltest du mitbringen:
  • eine begeisternde und herzliche Art, sodass du sowohl persönlich
    als auch telefonisch bei unseren Gästen in positiver Erinnerung bleibst
  • Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
  • ggf. Erfahrung im Umgang mit (Hotel-) EDV-Systemen 
  • Gelassenheit und Ruhe auch in Zeiten höherer Belastung
