Your tasks

Management of a distributed and international infrastructure consisting of Linux and Windows systems Planning, implementation and operation of high-availability IT infrastructures and data centers with a focus on servers, storage, backup and network-related services based on best practices such as ITIL and BSI IT baseline protection Use of the central monitoring system to analyze errors and locate potential sources of faults Troubleshooting and assisting colleagues in the technical support of distributed infrastructure components Ensuring detailed documentation of complex technical systems, processes and troubleshooting strategies

Your profile

Completed IT training, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration, alternatively a degree in computer science, information and telecommunications technology or a related subject Several years of professional experience in system administration with a focus on servers and enterprise storage In-depth knowledge of server and storage hardware from HPE, Dell and Pure Storage Extensive knowledge of working with Windows and Linux servers, VMware, TPM basic services, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP Very good German and good English skills A communicative and committed personality with team spirit, analytical thinking and a structured and reliable way of working
