Profil

REQUIREMENTS:


  • C1 level of German language, both oral and written
  • Passionate about customers and customer service
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Ability to cover night shifts on rotation with colleagues
  • Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity.

  •  WFH requirement: Dedicated space for WFH office
  •  • Internet requirements: Speedtest needed Only Fixed internet connections is allowed with the minimum Upload speed of 1.5 Mbps / 20Mbps Upload. Desktops should be connected with eathernet cables with the Internet box
