Mercedes-Benz BKK is the exclusive health insurance for all Mercedes-Benz and Daimler Truck employees and their families. With over , insured persons and customer centers in companies throughout Germany, Mercedes-Benz BKK is the largest company-related BKK in Germany.
You will face these challenges:
Independent analysis and determination of BKK-relevant care needs, taking into account regional, structural and sectoral aspects Independently evaluating relevant developments in the healthcare landscape and healthcare policy in order to develop needs-based strategies, concepts and projects (e.g. integrated/special care, digital and company-based care services) Selecting suitable cooperation partners, conducting contract negotiations, preparing the conclusion of contracts and maintaining contact with cooperation partners Coordination with higher-level institutions (e.g. BKK regional associations, supervisory authorities) and participation in working groups at association level or with cooperating health insurance funds Carrying out and supporting the internal and external implementation of special care services for BKK policyholders Carrying out controlling and cost-benefit analyses for contracts, projects and processes and proposing strategy-compliant changes based on the results Developing and implementing process and quality standards as well as evaluation methods in care management and deriving fields of action Collaboration and management of working and project groupsQualifikationen
Ideally, you should have the following:
A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (health economics or health sciences) and/or a degree in health insurance business administration Several years of professional experience in supply and contract management A high degree of customer orientation and enthusiasm Strong conceptual and strategic skills Strong negotiating skills Experience in agile collaboration and project work Flexibility and willingness to change Very good communication skills to interact with the various stakeholders Experience with digital health applicationsWe offer you more than just employment.
