Ihr Profil
Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Bürokauffrau/mann oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/Studium Sie haben mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenz- bzw Teamassistenzfunktion sammeln können, idealerweise innerhalb einer internationalen Matrixorganisation im Pharma/Life Science Umfeld Sie haben eine hohe IT Affinität und haben Spass an der Anwednung moderner IT Tools Sie besitzen fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift Mit dem MS Office Paket kennen Sie sich bestens aus, mit Teams und SAP haben Sie auch schon Berührungspunkte gehabt Sie sind ein Teamplayer und verstehen es, Teams zusammen zu halten und sich um verschiedene Anliegen parallel zu kümmern Sie sind proaktiv und engagiert, besitzen ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und arbeiten strukturiert und genau
