  • Verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Planung und Durchführung von FuSi-Projekten im RLE- und Kundenumfeld
  • Als FuSi-Verantwortlicher und Projektleiter übernehmen Sie mit Ihrem Team die Verantwortung über mehrere Funktionen und Komponenten im Automotive E/E-Umfeld in Rahmen von laufenden Neu- und Weiterentwicklungen
  • In enger Abstimmung mit allen Projektbeteiligten und Stakeholdern planen und überwachen Sie aktiv den Projektfortschritt und die Einhaltung aller relevanten Deadlines, tragen Statusinformationen zusammen und präsentieren diese aussagefähig und mit Sachkenntnis in Gremien
  • Sie verantworten ebenso die Kostenplanung und die Einhaltung der Budgetziele innerhalb des Projekts und arbeiten an kontinuierlichen Optimierungen zur Steigerung der Effizienz
  • Bei kurzfristigen Problemstellungen leiten Sie das Team an, um eine effiziente und wirksame Lösungsfindung zu ermöglichen
Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronik, Naturwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter im Automotive E/E-.Entwicklungsumfeld
  • Kenntnis der relevanten Normen (ISO 26262) sowie mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Funktionalen Sicherheit und deren Workproducts (GuR, DIA, Item Definition, Funktionales Sicherheitskonzept, Technisches Sicherheitskonzept, Safety Requirements, Sicherheitsanalysen, Validierung, Traceability, etc.)
  • Gute Kenntnis von Fahrzeugentwicklungsprozessen sowie im Lieferantenmanagement und der Kundenkommunikation
  • Stark ausgebildete proaktive Handlungsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute deutsche und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
 
  • Nice to have:
  • Erfahrung in einer der folgenden Domänen der Fahrzeugentwicklung: Body Komponenten, ADAS, aktive Fahrwerkregelsysteme, Antriebstrang
  • Erfahrung mit SOTIF oder Automotive Cyber Security
