Global Sourcing Manager

IHRE AUFGABEN
Aufbau und Entwicklung von Lieferanten für den Bereich Global Sourcing Nacelle Electrics und Electronics Koordinierung aller lieferantenbezogenen Aktivitäten in der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette Entwicklung einer globalen Beschaffungsstrategie insbesondere für EU, Brasilien, Indien und China sowie Sicherstellung der Umsetzung in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Stakeholdern, Durchführung von Preis- und Kapazitätsverhandlungen zur Sicherstellung der Nordex Wettbewerbsfähigkeit Verhandeln von globalen Verträgen (FPA, QAA, NDA, Serviceverträge) Beobachtung und Analyse des globalen Beschaffungsmarktes, sowie Durchführung des standortübergreifenden Beschaffungsprozesses Sicherstellen, dass KPI´s und Ziele auf Lieferantenebene erreicht werden Teilnahme an internen Projekten (Kostenreduzierungsprogramme, Lokalisierungsinitiativen usw.)IHR PROFIL
Einschlägiger Hochschulabschluss Mehr als 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der strategischen Beschaffung in der Windbranche und/oder einer vergleichbaren Industrie, mit internationaler Erfahrung Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von elektrischen Komponenten Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, ganzheitliche Denkweise, solides Geschäftsverständnis und fundiertes Urteilsvermögen Starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Dienstleistungsorientierung und unabhängige Arbeitsweise Pragmatismus und Flexibilität Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit Menschen unterschiedlicher kultureller HerkunftNordex verfolgt eine Politik gleichberechtigter Jobchancen.
