Your tasks

Coordinate production schedules across multiple factories to ensure smooth workflows. Manage outsourced orders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with supplier agreements. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to drive the development of serial aircraft production. Oversee and manage multiple projects at once, aligning with engineering and production requirements. Create detailed capacity plans to enable forward and backward planning for production. Utilize ERP and APS tools to maintain accurate data integrity, supporting current and future IT infrastructure. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to processes, products, and operational performance, in collaboration with the Head of Factory. Provide reports and recommendations to management when on-time delivery risks arise. Analyze production statistics, evaluate their impact on schedules, and address major deviations. Contribute to shaping the future of production planning and control systems for high-volume production.

Your profile

Completed degree in industrial engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or a similar role. Strong expertise in scheduling, planning, and controlling production processes. Solid background in manufacturing, particularly with dynamic planning during prototyping and series ramp-up. Proficiency with ERP tools (experience with INFOR is a plus). Proven track record in project management. Strong initiative and ownership, with the ability to implement improvement ideas. Excellent team player with analytical problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Fluent in English (mandatory) and residence in Germany
