Mit Deinem Team bist Du für die Entwicklung und Steuerung der Vision unserer Platform auf Basis der Marktentwicklungen und Kundenanforderungen zuständig. Diese besteht aus mehreren Applikationen wie Tracking, Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation, Personalisierung und Analytics. Mit dieser Platform steuern unsere über 200 Kunden aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen ihre digitale Marketingaktionen an jedem Touchpoint – automatisiert, individualisiert und intelligent basierend auf KI.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du entwickelst und steuerst unsere Produktvision
  • Die Definition unserer strategischen Vision und Roadmap für unserer Produkt CXP/Suite liegt in deiner Verantwortung
  • Dabei konsolidierst du alle Stimmen von internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Du beobachtest den Markt und erstellst Wettbewerbsanalysen im Einklang mit den Anforderungen unserer Stakeholder
  • Darüber hinaus vertrittst und argumentierst du die jeweiligen Anforderungen
  • Gemeinsam mit den Product Ownern und UI/UX Experten arbeitest du eng zusammen, mit dem Ziel eine optimalen User Experience zu schaffen. Gleichzeitig übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich Deinen Aufgabenbereich
  • Als Vorbereitung für unsere Product Owner erarbeitest und priorisierst Du User Stories
  • Als Teamlead übernimmst du Führung eines Teams bestehend aus Kolleg:innen der Bereiche UX/UI, Scrum Master und Technischer Redaktion und begleitest Deine Mitarbeiter:innen u.a. bei ihrer individuellen Karriereplanung & Weiterbildung
Das bringst du idealerweise mit:

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik- bzw. naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Data/Experience, Marketing Automation
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein, technisches Verständnis, sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • eine von hoher Eigenständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit geprägte Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise hast Du schon erste Erfahrungen in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden gesammelt
  • gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Idealerweise hast du Erfahrungen mit Customer Data Platforms und deren Implementierung
