Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen im süddeutschen Raum Berater und Beraterinnen mit praktischen ERP-Kenntnissen, sowohl Berufsanfänger als auch erfahrene Berater / Projektleiter / IT Manager für Software Projekte bei unseren Kunden im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau. Branchenkenntnisse aus der fertigenden Industrie sind deshalb von großem Vorteil. In diesem Umfeld übernehmen Sie die folgenden Aufgaben:

Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Einführung und Konfiguration unserer ERP-Suite „PSIpenta“

Produktschulung und Durchführung von Workshops

Konfiguration und Parametrisierung des Systems entsprechend der Anforderungen des Kunden

Projektleitung von Teilprojekten sowie Gesamtprojekten unterschiedlicher Größe

Erstellung von Grob- und Feinkonzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und der Anpassungsentwicklung

Schnittstelle zur internen Anpassungsentwicklung

Generell kann viel vom Homeoffice aus gearbeitet werden, wobei der Hauptschwerpunkt (ca. 3Tage die Woche) beim Kunden vor Ort stattfindet.

Stellenanforderungen

Sie passen zu uns, wenn Sie:

Praktische Erfahrung in der Anwendung oder Einführung eines ERP-Systems nachweisen können

Branchenkenntnisse aus der fertigenden Industrie haben (sind von großem Vorteil)

Ein Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Betriebswirtschaft oder einen vergleichbaren Studienganges erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben, oder

Eine in unserem Umfeld relevante Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einem oder mehreren fertigenden Unternehmen aufweisen können und

Bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Ist-Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sammeln konnten

Darüber hinaus sollten Sie:

Freude an kompetenter Kundenberatung haben

Ein sicheres Auftreten, kombiniert mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und dem notwendigen Einfühlungsvermögen mitbringen 

Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Motivation und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aufweisen

Mobilität und Reisebereitschaft sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil) runden Ihr Profil ab
