How to contribute to our vision
Construction Standards and Excellence department in Onshore NEME is a small international team that is focused on: 1) optimizing existing Construction Standards, developing new standard solutions based on identified inefficiencies and rolling them out in the regional organization; 2) driving operation excellence through digitalization; 3) creating transparent construction performance management.
As our new working student in Construction Digitalization and Data Analytics, you will be mostly contributing to construction digitalization and performance transparency.
Your responsibilities will consist of:
Creating various monthly forecasts and Construction related KPI reports, incl. collecting relevant data from numerous stakeholders
Creating drafts and proposals of new digitalization tools, or improvements of the existing ones
Developing diverse digitalization/automation tools and dashboards utilizing Excel VBA, Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate etc., all in alignment with stakeholders in Construction and their requirements.
Maintenance of diverse digitalization/automation tools and ensuring data quality
Ad-hoc administration tasks
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor or Master’s) in Engineering and Management, Business Administration, or similar.
To be successful in this role, you need:
A smart mind with a technical and commercial (incl. forecasting) understanding
Good skills in developing Excel VBAs and Power BI dashboards. Preferably, have knowledge and skills in other Microsoft apps e.g. PowerApps, Power Automate.
Some experience in creating reports and working with data
Fluent English skills both written and spoken

Be aware that we are looking for a candidate, who can attend the office 1-2 times a week, yet more often in the beginning due to onboarding and training.
