Key Responsibilities

Tasks and competencies

Product audits§ Ensuring continuity of product quality by inspection of the products§ Defining and modification of the inspection plans for the current and new products§ Recording of the performed inspection, reviewing the trends and analyze the data§ Manage containment action to prevent escape of defect to customer, cooperation with W/H§ Inspection of the returned excessive or damaged products from customer to confirm product`s quality standards§ Manage the nonconformity with the responsible plants

Product analysis§ Analysis of the returned product to identify root cause of failure§ Recording and reviewing results to identify negative trends§ Cooperation with Engineering team to define corrective actions

Calibration§ Responsibility for the external and internal calibrations§ Defining the calibration plan for the new equipment based on the character and frequency of usage § Managing the external calibration§ Performing the internal calibration in according to calibration plans 

QMS§ Participation and support during internal audit§ Support during the external ISO audits§ Support to implement changes in QMS

Product update§ Regular inspection of the products before shipment and their update to latest revision

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Requirements and prerequisites

§ Handy, independent, self-motivated, and responsible§ Ability to work in a team, or to work independently§ Good skills of mechanical assembly§ Successfully completed qualification as Electrical-/Mechanical Technician or comparable know how§ Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)§ Class B driving license§ Willingness to travel§ Knowledge MS Office§ Technical expertise in the safe operation of electric motors, pumps, control panels and drive systems preferred§ Experience and knowledge of ISO preferred§ Internal audits knowledge preferred
