We are looking for a Communications & Change Manager (m/w/d) for our Transformation & Communication department. This position can be filled at our headquarters in Mannheim.
Your Tasks
Planning, developing and executing communication and change management activities to ensure buy-in and adoption to organisational and technical change, and to strengthen reputation of the group IT & Digital organisation Creating and delivering clear, consistent, and engaging messages and materials tailored to different target audiences and communication channels Collaborating with international stakeholders across teams, and consulting managers and employees on effective communication and change management Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting effectiveness of communication and change activities and ensuring that overall business objectives are met
Your Profile
Self-starter with multiple years of experience in communications and change management in a transformational corporate environment, ideally in information technology Proven experience and knowledge in communication and change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English with the ability to communicate complex information to different stakeholders Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situationsOur Benefits:
