SAP Consultant [Schwerpunkt Serviceprozesse] (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben als SAP Consultant [Schwerpunkt Serviceprozesse] (m/w/d):
  • Als SAP Consultant für SAP Service implementierst du innovative Lösungen bei unseren Kunden. Dies beginnt bei der Unterstützung unsere Service Enterprise Architekten während der Strategieberatung und Konzeptionsphase.
  • Anschließend verantwortest du die Implementierung verschiedene SAP Service Lösungen und arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen aus den Bereichen salesforce und/oder ServiceNow integrativ zusammen. Dadurch gestaltest du einzigartige End-to-End Prozesslösungen im Kundenservice.
  • In einem dynamischen, aufstrebenden Unternehmen wirkst du aktiv am Aufbau der Business Unit SAP mit. Hierbei übernimmst du Themenverantwortlichkeit im SAP Umfeld und baust fachübergreifender Democases auf. Damit lieferst du entscheidende Beiträge zu unserem ganzheitlichen Beratungsportfolio.
  • Zudem besteht die Möglichkeit im Rahmen weiterer interner Aufgaben aktiv die Entwicklung unseres Unternehmens mitzugestalten.
Das bringst Du mit als SAP Consultant [Schwerpunkt Serviceprozesse] (m/w/d)
  • Hochschulabschluss in BWL, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als SAP Consultant, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Service (CS, CRM Service, S/4HANA Service, Service Cloud oder FSM)
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zielstrebigkeit und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein im Rahmen der Umsetzung von Servicelösungen bei unseren Kunden
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft
