Your task will be:

Installation and administration of networks (WAN, LAN), virtualized systems as well as Windows/- Linux operating systemsSupport and error analysis, e.g. by adjusting the application situation in the test systemCommunication of the problem solution to the customer, if possible common telephone implementationIn the event of operating errors: system recommissioning in cooperation with the customercommunicative interface to the in-house development departmentquality assuranceDocumentation of the support case in the ticket systemTroubleshooting in 2nd level support by telephone and remote accessIncident management in the ticket systemParticipation in rollout and migration projectsCompliance with safety regulationsCreation and maintenance of task-specific technical documentation

You have the following skills and qualifications

Completed university education (Uni/FH) or comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in the field of IT, ideally in a very dynamic and strongly growing environmentExperience in personnel management and the management of business-critical IT projectsComprehensive knowledge in the analysis and optimization of business processes in ITInnovative, dynamic, proactive and committed thinking and actingPragmatic way of working and “Getting Things Done” mentalityVery good overview of current systems and applications as well as the latest technologiesTechnical know-how in the administration of Windows networks, network technology, ERP, virtualization, LAN and WAN concepts, VMWare, server and storage systemsCommunication and assertiveness as well as flexibility and very high sense of responsibility Analytical and conceptual strength
Leadership personality with the ability toExcellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
