Sie haben Freude an der Analyse von Prozessen, arbeiten gerne in einem globalen und dynamischen Umfeld und haben einschlägige Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung von Ariba Softwareprojekten? Als Projekt- und Prozessmanager:in (d/m/w) unterstützen Sie uns dabei den Status Quo zu hinterfragen und unsere Einkaufsprozesse global auf Basis von SAP Ariba zu optimieren.
Ihre Aufgaben
Prozessoptimierungen im Bereich Einkauf und Schnittstellen zur Supply Chain, Qualität u.A. Planung, Koordination und Durchführung globaler Procurement-Projekte (SCRUM, Hybrid) Abstimmungen zwischen interdisziplinären Projektteams und Eskalationen an das Management Weiterentwicklung und Professionalisierung unseres Projektmanagements, indem Prozesse, Methoden und Werkzeuge basierend auf Best Practices optimiert werden Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung/Bereichsleitung Erstellung und Reporting der KPI´s an Abteilungsleitung/BereichsleitungUnsere Anforderungen
Abgeschlossenes Fachhochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung mit Systemen und Prozessen im Einkauf Versiert in internationaler Projektarbeit (Erfahrungen mit agilen Projekten von Vorteil) Eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke Strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Ariba Software (insbesondere Ariba Sourcing und Ariba Contract Management) IT-Affinität, SAP/R3 und/oder S4 Kenntnisse von Vorteil sowie routinierter Umgang mit MS Office Produkten Kenntnisse in gängiger Projektmanagement Software (Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint) Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau B2) und gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlichWir bieten Ihnen:
