We are seeking an "Infrastructure Administrator & Project Manager for Tech Services IT DACH"

to join our subsidiary, Rupp + Hubrach.

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the IT infrastructure for administrative and manufacturing sites in the DACH Geography (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Ensure smooth operation of IT system and accurate result to ensure satisfaction with business requirement.

Administration, configuration and installation of DACH Infrastructure (by following the group standard policy):

• server, network, telephony systems, printer and scanner, video conferencing and workstations

Manage the hardware and software life cycle of DACH infrastructure, ensuring that obsolescence of all equipment is under control.

Ensures that information security/assurance policies, principles, practices are an integral element of the operating environment.

Ensure high availability of all IT infrastructure on site.

Talk to staff or customers through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or solve problems.

Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults replace parts as required.

Prioritize and manage open cases in the ticketing system.

Support and work on global infrastructure roll-out project to implement group IT standard

Manage and maintain servers, computer and software inventories and licenses.

Work on and lead IT related projects (local, regional and all corporate infrastructure related projects) that come from the central team and business requirements.

Coordinate & Communicate all IT related topics with internal and external resources.

Support and deployment of collaborative solutions (Microsoft platform, workstation policy, etc.,) with standard and compliancy from corporate IT.

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

• At least 5 years experience with Server and Network Infrastructure
• Solid experience in Collaborative solutions (preferable M365)
• At least 5 years experience with end user devices
• Strong problem solving skills
• Experience to work in projects and (preferable) experience in leading small projects
• Virtualization such as VMWare system
• Knowledge in TCP/IP Network, LAN/WAN, Switches and Router
• Telephony solutions, IP Phones (Cisco, 3CX)
• Knowledge of Cyber Security tools

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

        Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering, IT or any equivalent field

LANGUAGES:

German fluent

English fluent
