Your Role

During the 18 months, you will rotate between 4 different ZEISS departments across the company's different business units and possibly also abroad. Which departments these are depends on you – your chosen focus and your future role. During the program, you will also take part in several training sessions, workshops and project work that enhances your professional and personal development. All this aims at enabling you to hit the ground running after completing the program – and make you familiar with the basics to kickstart your career @ ZEISS. 

Possible tasks within the program: 

Identify, document & align the Workforce Planning Process for ZEISS' Segments and Sales & Service Companies (SSCs)

Learn Workday Adaptive Planning tool and help implementing the process in Workday

Project management support and PMO-related work during the implementation

Learn how reports and analyses of the process work

Identify Improvement areas and suggest potential solutions

Your profile

Completed field of study in Human Resource, Business Administration or IT

Practical experience gained, for example, as a intern or working student (maximum of 1,5 years)

Experience in common MS Office applications, Workday and/or HR solutions

Interest in challenging project tasks and associated challenges

Flexibility to work at different ZEISS locations in Germany during the program

Fluent in English & German, both written and spoken, further languages beneficial

Planned Timeline   
Application Period: April 05th – Mai 15th, 2024 

Screening & Online Assessment: May 01st – May 31st, 2024 

Video Interviews: June 01st – June 30th, 2024 

Onsite Interview Day: July 01st – July 30th, 2024 

Start Program: October 1st, 2024
