Wir bieten zum 15. Mai 2024 eine Praktikumsstelle im zum Lektorat gehörenden, deutschsprachigen Bereich Books Editorial Projects Management bei Springer Nature an. Springer Nature veröffentlicht Lehrbücher, Fachbücher und Sachbücher in den Bereichen Human- und Sozialwissenschaften, Biowissenschaften, Medizin, angewandte Wissenschaften und Naturwissenschaften.

Sie erhalten Einblicke in die moderne Verlagsarbeit und unterstützen die deutschsprachigen Books Editorial Projects Management Teams von Springer Nature bei allen Tätigkeiten. Dazu gehören:

Projektbezogene Arbeiten an Manuskripten und Inhalten wie Auszeichnung mit Formatvorlagen, Sichtung von Probemanuskripten, stichprobenartige Rechtschreibprüfung, Vorbereitung von Inhalten für digitale Nutzungsformen Prüfen von Bildmaterial und Abbildungsmanagement Bildrecherche und Einholung von Bildrechten, auch bei fremdsprachigen Verlagen Erstellung und Koordination von Marketingtexten und Buchumschlägen Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben Pflege des betriebsinternen Datenbank- und Workflow-Systems

Unsere Anforderungen

Mindestens Bachelorstudium oder Vordiplom in einer der . Fachrichtungen Sicherer Umgang mit der neuen deutschen Rechtschreibung PC-Kenntnisse/Beherrschung gängiger Kommunikationsmittel Affinität zu digitalen Lehr- und Lernmedien Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Genauigkeit Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten im Team Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
