Ihre Aufgabe

Durchführung, Planung und Terminierung von Projekten Sicherstellen, dass CAPEX-Investitionen rechtzeitig ausgegeben werden Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Technologien Unterstützung des reibungslosen Technologietransfers von Formen und Spritzgießmaschinen Beteiligung an der Standardisierung von Best Practices für das Spritzgießen Teilnahme an globalen Projekten Unterstützung der Wertströme bei der Bewertung der Formbarkeit und der Kosten bei der Produktentwicklung Erstellung von URS für spritzgussbezogene Ausrüstung Einbindung von Lieferanten/Anbietern zur Koordinierung des Ausschreibungsverfahrens mit der Beschaffung Leitung der Konzept- und Entwurfsprüfung mit internen Prozessverantwortlichen und externen potenziellen Lieferanten Leitung von DQ, FOT, FAT und SAT, IQ, OQ der CAPEX-Projekte Implementierung der Ausrüstung leiten Überwachung und Berichterstattung der CAPEX-Ausgaben für jedes Projekt

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium des Maschinenbaus mit Erfahrung im Produktionsbereich Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Branche und im Gussverfahren Kenntnis der neuesten Spritzgießmaschinentechnologien auf dem Markt Berufserfahrung im Umfeld der GMP Kenntnisse über Dialyseprodukte Fähigkeit zur Analyse, Synthese, Kreativität, strategische Vision Kommunikationsfähigkeit Kenntnisse im CAD-Zeichnen (2D, 3D) Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Reisebereitschaft Career with a purposeWe offer an opportunity to create and deliver treatments that save and change lives for the better.
