ML Engineer

We are on the lookout for a Machine Learning Engineer to take charge of our client's Data & Machine Learning stack. This pivotal role will involve working closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to optimize every aspect of the pipeline, from data extraction and cleaning to classification and indexing. Ideal candidates will possess a solid foundation in machine learning technologies and methodologies, with a particular focus on large language models (LLMs) and evaluation strategy design.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of our Data & ML stack in close collaboration with the CTO.
• Optimize the pipeline across all stages, including extraction, cleaning, classification, and indexing.
• Collaborate across the product team to fine-tune large language models and design effective evaluation strategies.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in machine learning, with a focus on data pipeline optimization and large language models (LLMs).
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing machine learning pipelines, from data extraction and cleaning to classification and indexing.
• Ability to work closely with leadership to shape the future of the Data & ML stack.
• Familiarity with machine learning technologies and tools relevant to large language models and data pipeline optimization.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Elastic search.

Additional Information:

• Must be willing to work on-site in Berlin, Germany, with the initial option to start remotely followed by a commitment to relocate after a few months.
