Ihre Klienten sind Marktforschungsinstitute, Beratungsunternehmen sowie Hersteller und Händler aus verschiedenen Branchen, denen sie bei allen relevanten Schritten von der Konzeption über die Durchführung bis zur Analyse der gewonnenen Daten Unterstützung bieten. Das Unternehmen verzeichnet seit seiner Gründung kontinuierliche Wachstumsraten im hohen zweistelligen Bereich.
AUFGABEN
  • Sie leiten die Marktforschungsabteilung des Unternehmens und sind verantwortlich für den Prozess von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Projektnachbetreuung.
  • Sie verantworten Umsatz und Ergebnis Ihres Geschäftsbereichs gegenüber der Geschäftsleitung.
  • Sie gewährleisten die Qualität der Dienstleistungen durch das eingesetzte Methodenspektrum.
  • Sie führen ein Team aus derzeit acht Mitarbeitern, entwickeln dieses kontinuierlich weiter und setzen die Mitarbeiter entsprechend ihrer Fähigkeiten optimal ein.
  • Sie bündeln die vorhandene Expertise in der Marktforschung und sind verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung vorhandener Produkte.
  • Sie optimieren relevante Prozesse in Ihrem Geschäftsbereich und verbessern Vertriebsprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Marketing & Communications.
  • Sie begleiten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Digital Products die Transformation geeigneter, bestehender Marktforschungsprodukte in den Produktshop.
  • Sie präsentieren die Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Forschungsergebnisse des Unternehmens auf Veranstaltungen, in Webinaren oder durch das Verfassen von Fachartikeln.
  • Sie sind an der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops beteiligt.

ANFORDERUNGEN
  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Statistik, Soziologie, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder berufliche Qualifikation mit empirischem Schwerpunkt.
  • Sie haben ausreichende Berufs- und Führungserfahrung, idealerweise sowohl auf betrieblicher als auch auf Institutsseite.
  • Sie bringen nachweislichen Erfolg im Management komplexer Marktforschungsprojekte und in der Steuerung themenbezogener Expertenteams mit.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung in der Leitung und Weiterentwicklung einer Business Unit oder ausgeprägter Motivation dazu.
  • Sie begeistern sich für Daten, Insights, Kundenkontakt sowie den Ehrgeiz, das bestehende Team und das von Ihnen verantwortete Geschäftsfeld mit einem hohen Anspruch weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Sie haben eine selbständige, engagierte, sorgfältige, innovative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein sehr hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Anspruch an die eigene Arbeit.
  • Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit, höchste Kundenorientierung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Zielorientierung zu vereinen.
  • Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Sie sind ein teamfähiger Leader und haben Spaß daran, ein heterogenes Team aufzubauen, es anzuleiten, gemeinsam Neues zu schaffen und kontinuierlich besser zu werden.
