Das werden deine Aufgaben sein

 

In der idealerweise mehr als 6-monatigen Werksstudententätigkeit unterstützt Du aktiv die Ausbildungsabteilung bei der Umsetzung des breiten Angebots am Standort Potsdam. Nach einer Einarbeitung übernimmst Du eigenverantwortlich verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben in folgenden Bereichen:

 

  • Organisation: Du lernst all unsere Aufgaben in der Ausbildung in Berlin und Potsdam kennen und unterstützt bei administrativen und operativen Aufgaben.
  • Recruiting: Du lernst die Organisation von Informationsveranstaltungen und unterstützt bei der Bewerberverwaltung und beim Onboarding der Studierenden.
  • Marketing: Hier erhältst du einen Überblick über unsere Marketingaktivitäten inklusive Social Media Auftritt, organisierst Veranstaltungen und bereitest sie vor und nach, beispielsweise Studierendenevents, Informationsveranstaltungen, Messen, Ferienpraktika, Girl’s Day etc.
  • Innovation: Du kannst bei der Prozessautomatisierung von organisatorischen und administrativen Prozessen (z.B. mithilfe von Microsoft Power Automate) und übernimmst die Erstellung von Templates für Standardprozesse, die in der Ausbildungsbetreuung anfallen

 

Darüber hinaus lernst Du viele unserer dual Studierenden und Auszubildenden kennen und kannst Dich bei Wunsch auch in eigenen Projekten engagieren

 

Das solltest du mitbringen

 

  • Student (w/m/d) an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule für mind. weitere 6 Monate, gerne auch länger
  • Computer Skills:  Sichere Anwendung von MS Office Programmen (Word Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), darüber hinaus generelles Interesse an IT-Themen von Vorteil
  • Sprachen:  Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
  • Soft Skills: Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Organisationsfähigkeiten, Flexibilität und Diskretion

Die SAP-Ausbildungsabteilung in Deutschland umfasst gut 600 dual Studierende und Auszubildende, weltweit sogar über 1500 Am Standort Berlin und Potsdam werden ca. 30 Dual Studierende der Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht (Lichtenberg) vor Ort betreut.

 

Deine Bewerbungsunterlagen sollten neben einem Anschreiben, tabellarischen Lebenslauf, aktuellen Notenspiegel und gültiger Immatrikulationsbescheinigung auch Kopien von Zwischen-, Schulabschluss- und, soweit vorhanden, Arbeitszeugnissen (Praktika) als Anlagen enthalten. Bitte beschreibe außerdem deine Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in Fremdsprachen und Computerprogrammen/Programmiersprachen.
